  1. Setup & tool calibration

    One-off setup workshop (90 min). We define clusters, keywords, queries, competitors. Tool is configured, dashboard access granted.

  2. Baseline month

    First full monthly cycle as a baseline. All KPIs measured, all alerts calibrated. No reporting pressure in month one — we get to know you.

  3. Ongoing monthly cycle

    Days 1–25: automated data collection, live dashboard. Days 26–28: manual analysis, finding prioritisation. Days 29–30: report sent + Slack briefing.

  4. Quarterly review

    Every 3 months: 60-min call with trend analysis, roadmap adjustment, new queries. We adjust clusters and competitors as needed.

What we get asked most.

Do I need the SEO/AEO audit first?

Recommended, not strictly required. The audit gives the baseline and identifies the top clusters we then track. Without one, the setup workshop includes a compact mini-version — but that adds time in month one.

What does the dashboard look like?

A web dashboard with all metrics, filterable by cluster, language, country and AI model. Live data, no nightly batch. On request a Looker Studio mirror for your internal reporting pipeline.

What does monitoring cost?

Fixed price from €590/month. Range depends on number of clusters, languages, tracking depth (50 vs. 200 queries) and reporting variant. We share the final price transparently after the 30-min intro call.

What's the contract length?

Six months minimum, then month-to-month. SEO/AEO effects take time — shorter terms don't make sense for either side.

What if the numbers don't move?

Then we say so clearly — and in the quarterly review we decide together whether to adjust strategy, invest in different clusters or end the monitoring. We don't sell reporting; we sell movement.

Can we do this ourselves?

In principle yes — if you have an internal SEO team with AEO experience. Most SMBs don't, and the effort to roll your own tool setup quickly exceeds the monthly fixed price. We share our methodology transparently in the audit — nothing is black box.
