E-commerce that works from storefront to checkout.

Shopify, WooCommerce and headless setups with conversion focus. Almost a decade of practical experience — not from a whitepaper, from real shops with real revenue pressure.

E-commerce that works from storefront to checkout.

Nine out of ten shops we audit at SMBs sit below industry conversion-rate benchmarks — usually not for one big reason, but for twenty small ones that compound into significant lost revenue. Poor mobile performance, unclear shipping info, missed trust signals, a checkout that's picky about postal codes.

We don't know e-commerce from a bird's-eye view. We've spent almost a decade building, running and growing shops — with all the operational reality: warehouse integrations, ERP sync, shipping thresholds, multi-channel pricing, international markets, Black Friday peaks.

Our approach: find the leaks first, pull the fast levers, then improve structurally. No six-month replatforming marathon before it's even clear where money is being left on the table.

Why small UX wins often beat replatforming

Improving conversion from 1.8 % to 2.4 % on a € 1M shop adds about € 330,000 revenue — without a cent more in ad spend. Most SMB shops can hit those jumps in 90 days through focused work on mobile UX, trust signals, checkout friction and email automation. Replatforming to Shopify Plus or similar pays off — usually after the existing levers are exhausted.

Our approach

Find leaks, pull fast levers, then scale structurally.

  1. Data & funnel audit

We analyse GA4, shop backend, heatmaps and real sessions. Where do users drop? Which PDPs have structural issues?

  2. Quick-win programme (30–60 days)

PDP optimisation, trust signals, shipping transparency, checkout friction. Levers with measurable effect in under two months.

  3. Email & lifecycle automation

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase flows. Often 15–25 % extra revenue with moderate setup effort.

  4. Mobile performance & UX

Mobile is 70 %+ of traffic, often 40 %- of revenue. The biggest structural lever lives here.

  5. Strategic roadmap

Once the shop is clearly mapped, we plan — if it makes sense — replatforming, headless migration or new markets.

What you get

More revenue from existing traffic — and a setup that scales.

01

Shop audit

Data-driven: GA4, heatmaps, session replays, funnel analysis, mobile audit.

02

Prioritised action backlog

20–40 hypotheses with effort/impact estimates, sorted by expected revenue effect.

03

PDP & checkout optimisation

Concrete implementation of top levers, with A/B tests where volume allows.

04

Email/SMS automation

Lifecycle flows set up: Welcome, Cart Recovery, Browse Recovery, Post-Purchase, Win-Back.

05

Tracking & reporting

Clean e-commerce tracking, GA4 setup, Looker Studio dashboard.

06

Scale roadmap

Where relevant: replatforming strategy, headless migration, internationalisation, marketplace strategies.

What changes measurably

Three numbers that translate to revenue.

+25–50%

Conversion rate

Median over 90 days of optimisation.

15–25%

Revenue from email automation

Once lifecycle flows are clean.

Frequently asked

What people ask most.

When is headless commerce worth it?

When performance, custom UX or multi-channel experience are critical and Shopify default themes hit limits. For shops below € 5M annual revenue rarely ROI-positive — except in custom-UX-driven niches.

What does an optimisation engagement cost?

Fixed prices by scope. Audit, ongoing optimisation and replatforming are quoted separately. Concrete range in the intro call.

Should we move from WooCommerce to Shopify?

Depends. Shopify is usually cheaper to operate, faster and more secure — but replatforming is a real investment. We typically run performance and CRO optimisation first, then make the platform decision data-driven.

How fast do we see effects?

Email automation: 4–6 weeks. Quick-win CRO: 30–60 days. Structural UX/performance work: 60–120 days.

Do you also do subscriptions?

Yes, mostly via ReCharge on Shopify. Subscription setups are technically complex but often highly profitable — we cover concept to launch.

Do you have international shop experience?

Yes. Multi-language, multi-currency, regional shipping and tax, cross-border compliance. We've built this multiple times — DACH, Scandinavia, UK.
